Host/hostess

Your role:

  • Welcome and greet customers and make them comfortable
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and sections
  • Interact and explain each activity to customers as appropriate, especially during service
  • Book activities for customers and take notes of daily reservations
  • Be fluent in mass audience
  • Do follow-up with clients about their activities and lunch
  • Handle guests’ complaints
  • Be aware about all activities and menus for the restaurant
  • Take part in training and implement accordingly
  • Pass on important messages or information to team members as and when required
  • Keep your HOD informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area

 

Your profile:

  • Prioritizes and works efficiently with limited supervision
  • Good command in written and spoken English/French
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Able to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team.
  • Communicate accurately
  • Extrovert Personality
  • Valid Certificate of Character
