Luge Guide

Your role

  • To greet and welcome guest in a professional and good manner.
  • Giving safety presentations to luge riders at the beginning of each tour.
  • Inspection of all luge equipment.
  • Inspection of all Luge Karts.
  • Embark luge karts from departure to arrival point.
  • Accompanying customers on the track.
  • Ensuring passengers return to the base and all equipment is returned undamaged.
  • Ensure that First Aid kit is up to date.
  • Verify that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained in conforming to safety requirements.
  • Assess risks associate factors affecting the requested activities considering the weather conditions and client’s abilities to conduct the activities.
  • Instruct and demonstrate related skills and techniques for the requested activities


Your Profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the customer service field
  • Minimum SC Certificate
  • Good command in written and spoken English/French
  • Valid Certificate of Character
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
